Practice Area: Family

Dolores has a highly practical, robust and thorough approach to her work which, along with excellent advocacy skills, has gained the confidence of both her lay and professional clients.  She has the ability to work quickly and at very short notice, and to get to the point straightaway, qualities acquired through the confidence of this experience.

Where cases can be settled cost effectively for the client she will always bear this in mind. Where a contest is inevitable she will champion her clients cause fearlessly.   Dolores will also engage the client amenably at all stages of the process and will go the extra mile to ensure that even the most cynical client is reassured. Her primary objective is always attaining the result the client wants even against steep odds.

Dolores gained valuable advocacy experience in her years as a junior barrister in the criminal and immigration courts and tribunals in the 1990s and her representative cases can be found in immigration reports for that period.
