Profile: Daniel joined Chambers in 2009. His criminal practice covers all areas of criminal law: both defence and prosecution work in the Crown Court, magistrates’ courts and youth courts. He is on the CPS list of approved advocates.
Daniel has appeared in cases involving sexual offences, serious assaults, robbery, fraud and supply of drugs. He has extensive experience of representing very young defendants, including those with behavioural and/or educational difficulties, and adults with mental health issues.
Prior to joining Chambers Daniel worked for the Sentencing Guidelines Secretariat and was heavily involved in their work on sentencing fraud offences, sentencing offences of theft and dishonesty and the sentencing of dangerous offenders.
