Profile: After successfully completing her pupillage, Jessie joined chambers in 2008. Her current practice covers a wide range of defence and prosecution work in the Magistrates’ Court, the Youth Court and the Crown Court.
Jessie has defended numerous multi-handed Youth Court trials and has appeared in the Youth Court for offences of firearms, false identity documents and fraud. She has appeared in the Crown Court for offences including violence, identity theft and sexual offences.
Jessie accepts instructions from the DWP, RCPO and CPS in both the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court. She has prosecuted numerous trials for both the CPS and the DWP and is on the Attorney-General’s list for approved prosecution counsel for the SE circuit.
