Profile: Joan has practised exclusively in Family Law since 1991. She appears on behalf of either party in private matters and on behalf of local authorities, parents and children through their solicitor in public law cases.
Prior to coming to the Bar she was a legal assistant in the Legal (Social Services) Department of Wandsworth Council.
Joan is a member of the Family Law Bar Association.
