Profile: Mark Love is the Senior Family Practitioner in Chambers undertaking all aspects of family law and related family property disputes including inheritance matters. As a common law barrister he is also instructed in criminal cases especially child abuse when linked to care proceedings and proceeds of crime often when interfacing with matrimonial property rights. In addition he is instructed in Animal and Environmental law on behalf of Local Authorities, Prosecuting Agencies and NGO’s such as the RSPB and RSPCA (he was employed for some years as the Legal Director of the RSPCA).
