Profile: Appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Civil) in August 2010.
Pankaj is a family law practitioner with an emphasis on ancillary relief, private law and domestic violence cases. He also has experience of applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Pankaj will accept privately and publicly funded cases, and will travel to instructing Solictors for case conferences.
Pankaj regularly lectures to the Medway Law Society on matters of family law, and has many years of experience of advocacy training at the College of Law, and has been involved in training videos for the Citizenship Foundation.
Pankaj’s interests are cricket, drama and music. He has also been invited as an after dinner speaker for local law societies.
Pankaj is a member of Lincoln’s Inn and the Family Law Bar Association.
