Forthcoming cases include a trial at the Central Criminal Court and a pending appeal before the Court of Appeal regarding sentences for immigration offences.
Richard is also instructed in a broad spectrum of civil cases including: employment, landlord and tenant and commercial disputes. He recently won a large compensatory award for his client from the Employment Tribunal in an unfair redundancy case.
Richard enjoys fine wines when he is not busy trying to keep his 1968 Spitfire Mk 3 on the road for more than five minutes.
