Profile: Shanda has an exclusively criminal practice. Her defence practice covers all areas of criminal law including but not limited to offences of violent (murder, ss18 and 20, affray), sexual offences (rape, sexual activity with children, possession of indecent photographs), offences of dishonesty (theft, burglary, fraud and forgery) drug related offences (possession with intent, supply, importation) and firearms offences.

She has also prosecuted trials on behalf of the CPS & DWP in a wide range of criminal trials including being led on a multi-handed fraud.
