MARC NEWSON

1st Junior Clerk

Jamie started as a clerk in 1997 as a key member of our clerks team when Chambers was operating from 2 Paper Buildings. He moved to 9-12 Bell Yard in 2003 where he was responsible for the junior diary before becoming 1st Junior Clerk at a common law set in Lincoln’s Inn where he found himself heavily involved in Chambers’ marketing. Prior to re-joining us in May 2009, Jamie was Senior Fees Clerk at 2 Hare Court. His return to us as Second Junior has allowed us to maintain continuity within the clerks room whilst taking advantage of the wealth of experience that was gained during his time away from Chambers.
