Rossano is a Barrister with some 20 years legal experience. He has extensive experience in contractual, company and employment law.
Rossano advices corporate bodies and individual in a range of matters from breach of contract, defamation, professional negligence, discrimination, employment matters and family law matters.
He has an unparalleled grasp of the financial implications of legal disputes and is also conscious of the practical issues that go beyond immediate legal problems faced by clients. He is therefore able to advice clients constructively and proactively.
Rossano has represented numerous clients in the Court of Appeal. In the case of R v Da Silva -  All ER (D) 131 Rossano appeared on behalf of the appellant and the Court of Appeal gave a definition of suspicion that is now used by as a cornerstone for determining liability for reporting suspicious transactions by financial institutions and companies.
Prior to becoming a lawyer Rossano had a successful business career in finance and the oil and gas industry. He undertook work with the Bank of England several large oil Companies including Amoco (UK) limited, now part of BP. Rossano has degrees in Law and Economic. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Cass Business School.
