What is on offer?
Chambers offers third-six pupillages or probationary tenancies to those with a primary interest in either criminal or family law. Applications are also welcome from those that are interested in a mixed practice
Third six pupils are allocated a pupil supervisor and are encouraged to take part in our weekly advocacy sessions alongside our 12-month pupils.
Chambers offers a support network to both pupils and third six pupils which include pupil liaison officers. Pupil liaison officers are recent tenants able to offer support and able to answer questions.
Chambers encourages applications from prospective third six-pupils or probationary tenants throughout the year and there is no deadline for applications.
Tenancy
Third six pupils will be invited to apply for tenancy towards the end of their 6-months. Pupil liaison officers can also offer support with the application for the tenancy process. There is no quota for tenancy and those who meet the standard will be offered tenancy.
Many of our successful barristers became tenants following a third six pupillage in chambers.

Chambers encourages applications from prospective applicants. Due to increased work, applications are currently accepted from family and criminal practitioners.
