Crime
Our criminal team have expertise in both prosecution and defence. Tenants of all levels of seniority are available to accept instructions. Members of our criminal team regularly appear in some of the most serious cases including terrorism, murder, rape and large-scale conspiracies. Tenants also appear in the magistrates, youth and crown courts as well as the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Family
Our family team deals with a wide range of areas impacting on children and relationships, including protective orders, care proceedings, children act applications, education, divorce and matrimonial cases, financial matters, and inheritance. Some members of the team, also undertake criminal cases and other areas of law including immigration. This overlapping knowledge is often an advantage for clients who find themselves in difficulties.
Civil and Regulatory
Our civil and regulatory team has particular expertise in personal injury, employment, regulatory, public inquests and immigration law. The team has steadily built-up experience in regulatory areas including disciplinaries and misconduct panels involving medical professionals, social workers, and teachers.
Animal Welfare
With expertise in family and criminal matters, the team is available to offer advice and representation in animal welfare matters as wide ranging as matrimonial disputes, prosecutions of animal cruelty and civil claims.
