Donna Longcroft, instructed by Main Nickolls secured a not guilty verdict for her lay client who was charged with ABH after a trial at Maidstone Magistrates Court.

The case involved  extensive cross examination of prosecution witnesses as Donna Longcroft sought to challenge the facts according to statements provided.

After retiring for a short while the Bench returned and passed a verdict of not guilty as they felt that there were inconsistencies regarding the alleged injuries sustained and therefore could not be sure of the Crown’s case.
